Psychedelic Peacocks

Photo taken at night during Light Festival 2018.  Made use of the focus and night background, I've turned this image to a more psychedelic effect by giving shapes and colours of those birds. Essentially it was a night scene with flowers and bird sculptures that shine at night. Whoever crafted these sculptures is unknown.
